In a presentation titled: A 1-to-18GHz Distributed-Stacked Complementary Triple-Balanced Passive Mixer With up to 33dBm IIP3 and Integrated LO Driver in 45nm CMOS SOI, during session 19, Cameron Hill will be presenting a fundamental building block from LintrinsIC.
This design shows the emerging power of SOI CMOS and it’s ability to match the performance of conventional III-V semiconductors while maintaining all the conventional advantages of integrated CMOS systems. 1/6/2022 – LintrinsIC Wins Phase 1 Effort with AFRL
LintrinsIC has been chosen as a winner of the AFRL’s Ultra-wideband Robust Electronics Challenge for it’s proposal titled: SOI CMOS for High Linearity Components. This award gives the opportunity to develop the technology to address critical needs for electronics with the Air Force.
