Currently available:
– Bare die, QFN, and EVB with up to 50W power handling (data above)
Measurements above are in a QFN package – Bare die parts will have improved performance.
Above are measurements from our “V0” chip. There are several improvements that can be made over the next few months:
– Lower loss, reducing IL to 0.55dB at 12GHz
– Better isolation down to 33dB at 12GHz
– Improved power handling up to 47dBm with 10us pulses.
